10月18日,备受世人瞩目的十七届五中全会在北京落下帷幕,全会审议通过了《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》。这标志着,我们即将告别“十一五”的辉煌,翘首“十二五”的期待。10月26～27日,中国石油和化学工业联合会在山东东营召开“十二五”规划交流会暨四季度专业协会联系会,学习贯彻十七届五中全会精神、交流石化行业“十二五”发展规划并研究部署年底前的主要工作。本刊编辑部整理摘要了相关内容,作为“十二五”规划专题系列,以飨读者。
On October 18, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee, which attracted worldwide attention, came to a close. From October 26 to October 27, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation held “Twelfth Five-Year” Planned Exchange Meeting and Liaison Association of Professional Associations in the Fourth Quarter in Dongying, Shandong Province to study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and exchange views on the petrochemical industry “Twelve Five” development plan and study the main work before the end of deployment.
