我县是一个以农业为主的山区县,一无铁路,二无水路,三无国营大中型企业。1985年以前,邮政业务收入只占全县邮电业务收入的20%,而函件业务收入仅占邮政收入的2%,更无商业广告信函。改革开放以来,邮政业务已被越来越多的人们所认识,同时邮政自身要发展,就必须参与市场竞争。我们根据市场的需求和自身的通信能力,把发展业务的重点放在函件业务上。经过近几年的努力,我县广告信函已占全年邮
