为保障核设施的安全运行，核安全法规特别强调核设施营运单位对核承压设备活动的质量控制。本文主要介绍作为 HTR－ 10设计和营运单位的核研院，为控制核承压设备活动所采取的主要措施。
In order to ensure the safe operation of nuclear facilities, the nuclear safety regulations place special emphasis on the quality control of the nuclear operating facilities by nuclear operating units. This paper mainly introduces the nuclear research institute that is the design and operating unit of HTR-10 and the major measures taken to control the activities of nuclear pressure equipment.
