目的探索不良生活习惯及行为与食管癌发病之间的关联性。方法利用江苏省淮安市楚州区食管癌现症患者232名为病例,其同性别、同居住地、年龄相差不大于2岁的健康人为对照,进行1∶1病例对照研究。结果急躁型情绪类型,食用酱菜和盐腌制品频次,喜食辣食情况,有喜欢吃硬食,粗粮的习惯,有癌症家庭史为食管癌关联指标;多食蛋类、蔬菜为食管癌保护因素。结论食管癌的发病与诸多不良的生活习惯与行为有关,这为食管癌一级(病因学)预防提供了依据。
Objective To explore the association between bad habits and behaviors and the incidence of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 232 esophageal cancer patients in Chuzhou District of Huaian City of Jiangsu Province were enrolled in this study. A case-control study was conducted on 232 cases of the same sex, same place of residence and healthy persons whose age difference was no more than 2 years old. The results of impatient mood type, consumption of pickles and salted products frequency, eat spicy food situation, have the habit of eating hard food, coarse grains, cancer family history associated indicators of esophageal cancer; eat more eggs, vegetables for esophageal cancer Protection factors. Conclusion The incidence of esophageal cancer and many bad habits and behavior, which provide a basis for the prevention of esophageal cancer (etiology).
