北 段 攻 坚 319线南靖南段告捷后,市委、市政府下令:攻克北段！ 北段从牛崎头至坂寮岭,全长61.425公里,贯穿南靖县5个镇(场)21个行政村(作业区)。该路段左侧沿江,右侧依山,路窄、弯多、坡陡、车流量大,改造工程难度很大。根据设计要求,全线改造需要挖填土石方37万立方米,改造桥涵91座,砌挡土墙14万立方米,需用碎石40万立方米,砂15万立方米,水泥10万吨,总投资达1.1亿元。工程必须迁移“三杆”8000多根,迁移长途光缆 1.l万多米,征地510亩,拆迁房屋1万多平方米。这么大的工作量,省里原计划八年时间完成,市里提出两年干完。时间紧、任务重,这对南靖人民来说,确实是一场大仗、硬仗。
