注塑机料筒加温系统的极点配置自校正动态解耦控制

本文提出了一种新且简单的多变量极点配置自校正动态解耦控制器。该控制器不仅避免了在线求解矩阵方程和矩阵求逆运算,而且完全实现了自校正动态解耦控制。仿真结果表明,采用该控制器的注塑机料筒加温系统,能准确跟踪恒值参考输入,对时变参考输入也具有很强的跟踪能力,且抗干扰能力强。 In this paper, a new and simple multivariable pole placement dynamic self-tuning decoupling controller is proposed. The controller not only avoids the online matrix solution and matrix inversion, but also fully implements the self-tuning dynamic decoupling control. The simulation results show that the controller of the injection molding machine barrel heating system can accurately track the constant reference input, the time-varying reference input also has a strong tracking capability, and anti-interference ability.
