基于跳汰选煤的基理建立了以精煤灰分、精煤回收率为控制目标的跳汰机仿人智能控制系统 .智能控制系统由二层构成 .智能控制系统上层以跳汰机实时分选效率、入洗原煤性质和可选性为依据 ,应用专家系统技术 ,实时识别系统状态和趋势 ,实现智能控制系统底层各子控制系统间协调与优化控制 .智能控制系统的底层由一多环模糊控制器构成 ,解决跳汰机多变量控制 .多环模糊控制器分别实现跳汰机系统的给料、排矸石、排中煤、筛下顶水和总用风量模糊控制 .实际应用表明 ,此种跳汰机智能控制系统可以较好地解决跳汰选煤生产过程实际控制问题 ,取得较好经济效益
Based on the rationale of jigging coal preparation, an artificial intelligence control system of jig with the control of the ash content of fine coal and the recovery rate of clean coal is established.The intelligent control system consists of two layers.The upper layer of intelligent control system uses jig real-time Selection efficiency, the nature and selectivity of raw coal washing, the application of expert system technology, real-time identification of system status and trends to achieve coordination and optimal control of sub-control system at the bottom of intelligent control system.The bottom of intelligent control system consists of a multi-ring Fuzzy controller to solve the jigger multivariable control.Multi-loop fuzzy controller respectively realize jig feeding system, waste gangue, row of coal, under the sieve top water and fuzzy control of total air volume.Practical application shows that, This kind of jig intelligent control system can solve the actual control problem of jigging coal production process and achieve better economic benefits
