从四川宜宾产翼梗五味子的果实中分得七个四氢萘木脂素,其中三个鉴定为:恩施辛enshicine(1),表恩施辛epienshicine(2)和schisandrone(3),其余四个均属新化合物,命名为五脂素wulignan A_1(4),A_2(5),表五脂素epiwulignan A_1(6)和epischisandrone (7).它们的结构(包括绝对构型)由光谱分析和化学转化为(+)-dimethylguaiacine(6b)和(-)-dimethylisoguaiacine(4b)而阐明.四个新化合物皆有不同程度的体外抗癌活性.
Seven tetralins were isolated from the fruits of Schisandra chinensis in Yibin, Sichuan Province. Three of them were identified as enshicine (1), epienshicine (2) and schisandrone (3), and the remaining four Are novel compounds named as wulignan A_1 (4), A_2 (5), epiwulignan A_1 (6) and epischisandrone (7) .These structures (including absolute configuration) are characterized by spectroscopic analysis and chemistry To (+) - dimethylguaiacine (6b) and (-) - dimethylisoguaiacine (4b). All four new compounds have different degrees of anticancer activity in vitro.
