目的:优选解毒通络颗粒的提取工艺。方法:选择浸泡时间、煎煮时间和溶剂用量为自变量,黄芩苷、槲皮素、异鼠李素提取量的综合评分为因变量,在单因素试验基础上,采用星点设计-效应面法优选提取工艺,通过SPSS软件对试验数据进行多元线性模型和二次多项式模型拟合,确定最佳数学模型,利用Design Expert 8.0.0统计分析软件绘制效应面图和等高线图。结果:最佳提取工艺为浸泡时间90 min,煎煮时间85.63 min,溶剂用量9.21倍;综合评分(93.2±0.051)%,与预测值(94.30%)的偏差仅-2.32%。结论:通过星点设计-效应面法建立的模型预测性良好,适用于解毒通络颗粒提取工艺的优选。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Jiedu Tongluo granules. Methods: The total score of baicalin, quercetin and isorhamnetin extraction volume was chosen as the dependent variable by choosing immersion time, decocting time and solvent dosage. On the basis of single factor experiment, the star point design-effect surface The optimal extraction process was determined by SPSS software. The experimental data were fitted with multivariate linear model and quadratic polynomial model to determine the best mathematical model. Design Expert 8.0.0 statistical analysis software was used to draw the effect surface and contour map. Results: The optimum extraction time was 90 min, the boiling time was 85.63 min and the amount of solvent was 9.21 times. The comprehensive score (93.2 ± 0.051)% was only -2.32% deviation from the predicted value (94.30%). Conclusion: The model established by the star point design-response surface method has good predictability and is suitable for the optimization of extraction process of Jiedu Tongluo granules.
