精轧机组活套控制水平直接影响薄规格产品的轧制能力,是保证带钢宽度和厚度质量控制能否稳定的前提。活套能否稳定起套直接关系到热连轧精轧系统穿带过程的安全性,活套稳定起套的前提是机架间的初始金属秒流量差维持在一定范围内,但受多种因素的影响,轧制薄规格时稳定起套较难控制。通过对起套过程的控制分析,针对某热轧厂的生产情况,从起套角和张力控制着手,提出了4项起套控制要求,优化了薄规格带钢轧制时起套转矩控制工艺,并引进维稳张力系数,优化张力设定计算模型,降低了头部张力超调量,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,提高了薄规格穿带过程的稳定性。
