本文报告了四氯化碳致家兔血浆LCAT缺乏后,血浆脂蛋白、血细胞及主动脉壁胆固醇代谢异常。统计学分析证明:实验组家兔血浆HDL-C(%)与LCAT活力呈正相关(r=0.787,P<0.02),与血浆TC呈负相关(r=-0.863,P<0.005);而血浆TC与血细胞胆固醇(r=0.872,P<0.005)和主动脉壁胆固醇(r=0.857,P<0.005)呈正相关。据此推测,LCAT活力降低可能是导致外周组织胆固醇堆积、诱发动脉粥样硬化的危险因子之一。提示提高LCAT活力可能有助于使动脉粥样硬化过程逆转。
This article reports the plasma cholesterol, lipoproteins, blood cells and aortic wall cholesterol metabolism abnormalities after carbon tetrachloride-induced plasma LCAT deficiency in rabbits. Statistical analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between plasma HDL-C (%) and LCAT activity in the experimental group (r = 0.787, P <0.02) and negatively correlated with plasma TC (r = -0.863, P <0.005) TC had a positive correlation with blood cholesterol (r = 0.872, P <0.005) and aortic wall cholesterol (r = 0.857, P <0.005). It is speculated that decreased activity of LCAT may lead to peripheral accumulation of cholesterol, induced atherosclerosis one of the risk factors. Tip Improving LCAT activity may help reverse the atherosclerotic process.
