为解决某矿山选矿厂粉尘浓度大的问题,分析对比了静电除尘器、袋式除尘器和湿式除尘器除尘性能的优缺点。最终,针对选厂的粗碎系统、皮带系统以及料仓系统分别优化设计了一套经济合理、技术可行、安全可靠的湿式除尘系统,并对降尘效果进行了实测。结果表明:综合除尘系统运行后,3个主要产尘系统处,粉尘量平均浓度由16.80mg·m~(-3)降至1.08mg·m~(-3),降尘效果明显,有效的解决了选厂粉尘浓度高的问题,取得了较好的粉尘清除效果。
In order to solve the problem of large dust concentration in a concentrator, the advantages and disadvantages of electrostatic precipitator, bag filter and wet dust collector are analyzed and compared. Finally, a set of economically reasonable, technically feasible, safe and reliable wet dust removal system was optimized for the coarse grinding system, the belt system and the silo system of the mill respectively, and the dust reduction effect was measured. The results show that the average dust concentration decreases from 16.80 mg · m -3 to 1.08 mg · m -3 at the three main dust collection systems after the integrated dust removal system is operated, and the dust reduction effect is obvious and effectively solved The election plant dust concentration is high, and achieved good dust removal effect.
