为将注水法应用到实践工程中,以济三矿主井、副井和风井为例,运用GMS软件和理论分析对注水减沉法防治井筒破坏进行了工程参数研究,分析了注水孔结构、注水孔与井筒的位置关系、注水孔的布置和注浆帷幕对注水效果的影响.研究结果表明:注水孔孔径大小对注水效果影响不大;注水孔距离井筒约20~30 m是较合适的;钻孔对称布置对井筒更有利,防治工程选择4个基本对称注水孔更有利于保证井筒附近整体地下水位的稳定和平衡.
In order to apply the water injection method to practical engineering, taking the main shaft, auxiliary shaft and air shaft of Jisan Mine as an example, the engineering parameters of wellbore destruction prevention and control by water injection and sedimentation reduction method were studied by GMS software and theoretical analysis. The effects of water injection hole structure, The relationship between water injection hole and wellbore, the layout of water injection hole and the effect of grouting curtain on water injection.The results show that: the pore size of water injection hole has little effect on water injection effect; water injection hole is about 20 ~ 30 m from wellbore The borehole symmetrical arrangement is more favorable to the wellbore. The selection of four basic symmetrical water injection holes in the prevention and control project is more conducive to ensuring the stability and balance of the overall groundwater table near the wellbore.
