随着物权法的通过,私营经济在中国的认可程度将史无前例的提升。民营经济的未来将成为将来一段时间内成为人家研究的重点。经过20多年的发展中国民营企业,已经基本完成了资本积累过程。传统的家族式经营模式正在逐渐在企业的管理等方面显露种种弊端,而国外的成功经验告诉我们,职业经理人的引入将成为探讨民营企业未来生存和发展方向的一个重要论题。本文通过结合当前民营企业职业经理人聘用现状提出一些个人意见,希望能对民营企业有一点帮助。
With the passage of the Property Law, the recognition of the private economy in China will be unprecedented. The future of the private economy will become the focus of research for others in the future. After more than 20 years of developing private-owned enterprises in China, the capital accumulation process has been basically completed. The traditional family-run business model is gradually revealing its drawbacks in the aspects of enterprise management. The successful experience in other countries tells us that the introduction of professional managers will become an important topic to discuss the future survival and development direction of private-owned enterprises. This article puts forward some personal opinions by combining the current employment of professional managers in private enterprises, hoping to help private enterprises a little.
