本文采用遥感和地理信息系统为技术支持 ,针对高原的区域特点 ,形成航天航空技术与野外设想研究相结合的方法 ,对整个“一江两河”地区及其 18个县、市 1996 - 1999年 4年来变化明显、速率较快而规模较小的生物工程措施和土地利用状况的变化等环境要素进行了动态监测分析研究。动态监测结果表明 ,河谷平原是近年来变化最明显的地区 ,大量的生物工程措施使很多地段的天然植被由人工植被所取代 ,土地利用程度和植被覆盖度明显提高 ,这对危及农业发展的风沙、水土流失等灾害的控制将起到极大作用
