首先介绍了水泥熟料钢筒仓的应用及几何缺陷对仓壁稳定性的影响,总结了稳定分析采用的焊接缺陷形式.对空仓和满仓两种使用状况,分别对几何完善和包含焊接缺陷的两种钢板仓进行稳定性分析,同时考虑了仓壁开洞及仓壁加劲对稳定性的影响.分析表明,各工况下钢筒仓结构的荷载-位移平衡路径都是高度非线性的,包含焊接缺陷时钢筒仓的稳定承载力降低;仓底洞口的存在,使满仓状态下结构的稳定承载力显著降低,洞口设置加劲肋后可以显著提高结构稳定承载力;仓壁设置加劲肋,尤其是横向加劲肋可显著提高风荷载作用时空仓结构的稳定承载力.
