目的了解韩庄地区三带喙库蚊生态习性,为防治提供科学的依据。方法用勺捕法调查三带喙库蚊幼虫孳生地,人帐诱法调查三带喙库蚊成蚊季节消长夜间活动规律。结果秧田中三带喙库蚊幼虫密度最高,其次为稻田和苇塘。成蚊5月份出现,7月份达峰值,11月份消失;成蚊在整个夜间均有活动,上半夜出现刺叮活动高峰,凌晨再次出现活动小高峰。结论三带喙库蚊幼虫密度易受孳生地水体和水生植物种类等因素的影响,成蚊及幼虫的防制应结合当地自然情况制定相应的防治措施。
Objective To understand the ecological habits of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Hanzhuang area and provide a scientific basis for prevention and treatment. Methods The larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus were surveyed by scoop method and the night-time activities of mosquitoes of Culex tritaeniorhynchus were investigated by human-led trap method. Results The density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae in the seedling was the highest, followed by the paddy field and the reed pond. Adult mosquitoes appeared in May, peaked in July and disappeared in November; adult mosquitoes had activities throughout the night, with the peak of stinging activity occurring in the middle of the night, and the small peak of activity again in the early hours of the morning. Conclusion The density of Culex tritaeniorhynchus larvae is easily affected by the species of water body and aquatic plants in breeding areas and the control measures of adult mosquito and larva should be based on the local natural conditions.
