传统商业模式中,生产者和消费者之间有着明确的界限。生产者制造产品,并卖给消费者。产品价值完全由生产者创造,并由消费者消费。为消费者提供更加物美价廉的产品的生产者能够生存下来并发展壮大,竞争力不强的企业最终会被淘汰出局。但是,随着服务型商业模式的到来,简单由产品价值主导的模式受到了极大的挑战。在服务型商业模式中,生产者由产品主导变为服务主导,企业不再仅仅是产品制造者,而变为能够整合和提供产业链整体价值的综合
In traditional business models there is a clear line between producers and consumers. The producer makes the product and sells it to the consumer. The value of the product is entirely created by the producer and consumed by the consumer. Producers who provide more affordable products to consumers survive and thrive, and the less competitive ones will eventually be eliminated. However, with the advent of a service-oriented business model, the simple model of product value-driven has been greatly challenged. In the service-oriented business model, producers change from product-led to service-led. Enterprises are no longer merely product manufacturers, but are able to integrate and provide a comprehensive integrated value chain
