笔者在实践中摸索了一种用旧油桶改制成的移动式常压灭菌锅,放在家庭的炉灶上使用,方便安全,灭菌效果良好。现将改制方法介绍如下:(一)灭菌锅的制作①蒸盖:取旧油桶1只,在桶上盖间距5～6cm 凿直径5～10mm 的孔,孔要分布均匀,再用扁铲沿桶口圆周将盖铲下,整理成形。②蒸架:用直径6～8mm 的钢筋焊接1个高10cm、直径40～50cm 的支架。③锅体:将油桶口缘锤平,点火燃烧桶内
