目的:调查了解某部新兵集训期间呼吸系统疾病的发病情况,为防病工作提供依据。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样的方法获得样本,按照国际ICD-10标准进行疾病分类。结果:呼吸系统疾病发病率71.8%,占所有系统疾病的54.1%。上呼吸道感染、咽炎和腭扁桃体炎占呼吸系统疾病的95.6%。呼吸系统疾病在开训后第2周和第10周出现2个发病高峰,分别达5.7%和3.0%。华北、华中、华东和东北地区的新兵发病率差异显著(P<0.05),农村和城市新兵发病率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:呼吸系统疾病的预防是新兵集训期间防病工作的重点,尤其应在开训前2周的适训期和季节变换时重视呼吸系统疾病的预防。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate and understand the incidence of respiratory diseases during the training of a certain recruits, and provide the basis for disease prevention. Methods: Samples were obtained by stratified stratified random sampling and classified according to the international ICD-10 standard. Results: The incidence of respiratory diseases was 71.8%, accounting for 54.1% of all systemic diseases. Upper respiratory tract infections, pharyngitis and tonsillitis accounted for 95.6% of respiratory diseases. Respiratory diseases showed two peak incidences at 2 weeks and 10 weeks after training, reaching 5.7% and 3.0% respectively. The incidence of recruits in North China, Central China, East China and Northeast China was significantly different (P <0.05). The incidence of recruits in rural and urban areas was not significantly different (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The prevention of respiratory diseases is the focus of disease prevention during recruits training. Especially, the prevention of respiratory diseases should be emphasized in the training period of 2 weeks before training and seasonal change.
