本文通过对248名税务领军人才进行取样调查,探讨了心理资本、公共服务动机和职业成功之间的关系。相关分析及多元回归分析结果表明:税务领军人才的心理资本与职业成功、客观职业成功和主观职业成功都呈显著正相关;公共服务动机在心理资本与主观职业成功的关系中起调节作用,在心理资本与客观职业成功的关系中不起调节作用。
In this paper, a sample survey of 248 tax leaders is conducted to explore the relationship between mental capital, public service motivation and career success. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis showed that the psychological capital of the tax chiefs had a significant positive correlation with career success, objective career success and subjective career success. Public service motivation played a mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and subjective career success. The relationship between mental capital and objective professional success can not play a regulatory role.
