简述优化设计的理论基础,并建立某汽车悬架控制臂的有限元模型,为实现控制臂的轻量化,对其设计部分进行拓扑优化。优化结果表明,新结构控制臂在满足所有载荷工况约束要求的同时使其质量大为减轻。
The theoretical basis of optimal design is briefly described. A finite element model of a control arm for a vehicle suspension is established. In order to reduce the weight of the control arm, the design of the control arm is optimized. The results of the optimization show that the control arm of the new structure greatly reduces the mass while satisfying the requirements of all load conditions.
