冷轧平整机对成品带钢板形具有直接且重要的影响。针对宝钢某平整机组出口带钢板形普遍存在的边浪缺陷,通过有限元仿真对不同支撑辊辊形进行对比分析,确定在凸度倒角辊形基础上对双机架支撑辊凸度进行试验优化,以增强平整机板形调控能力。经上机试验验证,双机架支撑辊凸度优化后边浪浪高指标改善22.14%,边浪急峻度指标改善41.67%,取得了明显的应用效果及经济效益。
Cold-rolling mill has a direct and important impact on the finished strip shape. Aiming at the ubiquitous edge wave flaw at the outlet of a flattening unit of Baosteel, the contrast of different back-up roll shapes was analyzed by finite-element simulation, and the crown of double-back-up roll was tested on the basis of convex chamfer roll shape Optimization, to enhance the formation of flat shape control capabilities. After the test on the machine, the high index of wave height on the support of double-support roller is improved by 22.14% and the index of the sharpness of edge wave is improved by 41.67%, which has achieved obvious application effect and economic benefit.
