目的探讨将以工作过程为基础的问题式教学法运用于护理综合实训中的方法及效果。方法选择我校2014级护理专业班的护生220名,将其分为对照组和研究组,各110名。对照组开展传统式常规实训教学,研究组开展以工作过程为基础的问题式实训教学,对比两组综合技能提升情况。结果实训后,研究组的理论成绩、实操成绩、临床综合能力成绩及临床综合能力优良的护生比例都高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组对训练内容感兴趣的护生比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将以工作过程为基础的问题式教学运用于护理综合实训中,能够提高护生的综合技能。
Objective To explore the method and effect of applying problem-based pedagogy based on working process to nursing comprehensive training. Methods 220 nursing students in our 2014 nursing specialty class were selected and divided into control group and research group with 110 each. Control group to carry out the traditional routine teaching, research group to carry out the process of work-based problem-based training, compared to two sets of comprehensive skills to enhance the situation. Results After the training, the research group’s theoretical performance, practical performance, clinical comprehensive ability and clinical comprehensive ability of excellent nursing students than the control group were higher (P <0.05). The proportion of nursing students interested in training content in the research group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The problem-based teaching based on the working process is applied in nursing comprehensive training, which can improve the comprehensive skills of nursing students.
