目的考察广西GAP基地穿心莲药材中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量,为提高其质量标准提供参考。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μ);流动相为甲醇-水(65:35);流速为0.8 mL/min;检测波长为254 nm,柱温:25℃。结果广西GAP基地所产穿心莲药材中脱水穿心莲内酯含量相对稳定。结论实施药材GAP规范化种植是稳定中药有效成分、提高药材质量的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the content of dehydroandrographolide in Andrographis paniculata (GABA) in Guangxi GAP base for reference to improve its quality standard. Methods The HPLC method was as follows: Diamonsil-ODS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μ) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (65:35), the flow rate was 0.8 mL / min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, 25 ° C. Results The content of dehydroandrographolide in Andrographolide produced by Guangxi GAP base was relatively stable. Conclusion The implementation of standardized GAP cultivation is an effective way to stabilize the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of medicinal materials.
