本文是断裂力学在S195柴油机球铁曲轴中的应用的第一阶段工作报告。分六个部份:一、断裂力学概述;二、断裂韧性的测定;三、裂纹扩展速率的测定;四、石墨形态、基体组织与球铁断裂韧性的关系;五、断口形貌及疲劳断裂过程;六、断裂力学在球铁曲轴初步应用。文章通过球铁曲轴Klc、da/dN、ΔKth等断裂力学参数的测定,研究了过渡圆角处及连杆轴颈界限初始缺陷尺寸以及初始缺陷与疲劳寿命的关系;并使用电子显微镜,扫描电镜等手段,研究了影响球铁抗断性能的因素及疲劳断裂的过程。
This paper is the first phase work report on the application of fracture mechanics in S195 diesel engine ductile iron crankshaft.
