本文采用活性短链法,以萘—锂—丁二烯为短链引发剂、正庚烷为置换溶剂,分别用环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、苯甲醛及丙酮作为终止剂,制备了不同羟基类型(伯、仲、叔)的中乙烯基丁羟胶(HTPB)。结果表明,制备的 HTPB 的平均官能度大于1.85,分子量分布在1.15以下,达到了国外同类方法的水平。此外,本文还对短链引发剂体系、产物微观结构及平均官能度进行了详细的探讨。
In this paper, the short-chain activity method was used to prepare naphthalene-lithium-butadiene as short-chain initiator and n-heptane as replacement solvent respectively with ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, benzaldehyde and acetone as the terminators Medium vinyl butyral gum (HTPB) of hydroxyl type (primary, secondary and tertiary). The results showed that the average functionality of the prepared HTPB was greater than 1.85 and the molecular weight distribution was below 1.15, which reached the level of similar foreign methods. In addition, the short-chain initiator system, product microstructure and average functionality were also discussed in detail.
