用4种不同方式对4种高速公路边坡植物进行处理,并进行光合生理特性测定,结果发现:椰丝1号、椰丝2号两区植物生长状况良好,相比之下,对照、三维网两区植物生长状况不理想。在测量时,因为受到温度等外界因素的影响,椰丝1号、椰丝2号区植物光合速率(Pn)有不同程度的下降,表现出相对较低的光合速率。由于叶片叶肉细胞光合活性的降低,椰丝1号、椰丝2号区植物出现相对稍高的胞间CO2浓度(Ci),气孔导度(Gs)下降,蒸腾速率(Tr)下降。椰丝1号区植物受温度等因素影响过大,光合速率下降明显,水分利用率(WUE)比另外3区低,对照、三维网、椰丝2号3区之间相差不大。
Four different ways were used to treat four types of freeway slopes and their photosynthetic characteristics were measured. The results showed that the plants in both coconut silk No.1 and coconut silk No.2 were in good growth condition. In contrast, Net two areas of plant growth is not ideal. Due to the influence of external factors such as temperature, the photosynthetic rate (Pn) of No.1 and No.2 coconut leaves decreased to some extent and showed a relatively lower photosynthetic rate. Due to the decrease of photosynthetic activity of leaf mesophyll cells, relatively higher intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) decreased in Coci 1 and Cocos 2 plants.
