本文报告了小鼠吸入臭氧所造成的肺、肝和免疫器官胸腺、脾脏损伤的组织学和超微结构变化,探讨O_3损伤及白首乌抗O_3损伤对机体的保护作用。实验小鼠分正常对照、O_3损伤、白首乌三组。白首乌组预先每天喂白首乌粉60mg,12天后与O_3组同时放入O_3柜内(浓度为0.9ppm),同时继续喂药。再12天后,三组同时处死,取肺、肝、脾、胸腺等脏器制石蜡切片、HE染色、光镜观察。肺和胸腺超薄切片,透射电镜观察。
This paper reports the histological and ultrastructural changes of thoracic and splenic injuries in lung, liver and immune organs caused by inhalation of ozone in mice, and explores the protective effects of O 3 injury and anti-O 3 injury of P. bracteum on the body. Experimental mice were divided into three groups: normal control, O_3 injury and Baishouwu. The Baishouwu group received Baishouwu powder 60mg per day in advance. After 12 days, they were placed in the O_3 cabinet at the same time as the O_3 group (at a concentration of 0.9ppm) and continued to be fed. After another 12 days, the three groups were sacrificed at the same time. Paraffin sections from the organs of the lungs, liver, spleen, and thymus were prepared and HE staining and light microscopy were performed. Ultrathin sections of the lungs and thymus were observed by transmission electron microscopy.
