柠檬酸(1)、(2)、(3)分别由三烷基氧膦(TRPO)萃取法、磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃取法和钙盐法生产所获产品,其对雌性大鼠经口的LD_(50)分别为8250 mg/kg、12 100 mg/kg、5620mg/kg,均属实际无毒类食品添加剂。本研究结果证明,柠檬酸(1)、(3)对鼠增重、着床数、活胎数、受孕率、胎鼠的身长、体重等均未见不良影响。但阳性对照组(敌枯双,1mg/kg)和柠檬酸(2)组(1/4LD_(50),3025mg/kg)对大鼠均呈明显的致畸作用,仔鼠的畸胎发生率分别为3.9和3.2%。
Citric acid (1), (2), (3) were produced from trialkylphosphine oxide (TRPO) extraction method, tributyl phosphate (TBP) extraction method, and calcium salt method, respectively. The LD_(50) of the mouth was 8250 mg/kg, 12 100 mg/kg, and 5620 mg/kg, respectively, which were actually non-toxic food additives. The results of this study demonstrated that citric acid (1) and (3) had no adverse effects on rat weight gain, number of implantations, number of live births, conception rate, fetal body length, and body weight. However, the positive control group (enemythasone, 1 mg/kg) and citric acid (2) group (1/4LD_(50), 3025 mg/kg) showed significant teratogenic effects in rats, and the incidence of teratogenicity in the pups They were 3.9 and 3.2% respectively.
