在管理者、员工、“企业家精神”与“员工精神”的四种不同组合中,有“员工精神”的管理者和有“企业家精神”的员工这一组合面临的冲突最多。从精神的内涵出发,本文根据大五人格模型分析了有“员工精神”的管理者和有“企业家精神”的员工的不同特质,并进行了访谈和问卷调查,根据问卷对管理者和员工是否具有“企业家精神”或“员工精神”进行划分,并对各自的大五人格特质进行了分析和对比,从管理者和员工两方面提出了解决冲突的路径。
