以经营美食食品原料的日本新丰食品公司在5年前就从中国进口鲟鳇鱼子,最初一年的进口量只有1吨左右,但从1990年已扩大进口到6～7吨。
Japan’s Shin-Etsu Foods, which sells gourmet foodstuffs, imported sturgeon roe five years ago from China, importing only about a tonne of fish in the first year, but has expanded its imports to 6-7 tons in 1990.
