本文观察了不同血清型溶脲脲原体对人精子穿透去透明带金色仓鼠卵试验(SPA)的影响。用血清型9(Vancouver)和血清型12(JsL-U24-CX3)溶脲脲原体按20~40 CCU/精子的浓度感染正常生育男性的精子。结果表明:部分感染的精子尾部有绒毛状附着物;血清型12感染的精子活率及活力明显下降,血清9型感染的精子活率及活力无明显改变;血清型9与血清型12均使SPA明显降低(分别为10.45%和6.40%),对照组SPA为49.33%。提示溶脲脲原体不仅可影响精子活力,而且可能影响到精卵相互作用乃至融合过程。溶脲脲原体的致病力与其血清型密切相关。
This article investigated the effects of different serotypes of Ureaplasma urealyticum on the human sperm-penetrating golden hamster ovum test (SPA). Normal and fertile males were infected with 20 and 40 CCU / sperm concentration using the Ureaplasma urealyticum strain of serotype 9 (Vancouver) and serotype 12 (JsL-U24-CX3). The results showed that there were villous attachments in the tail of partially infected spermatozoa. The sperm motility and viability of serotype 12 infection were significantly decreased, while the sperm motility and viability of serotype 9 infection did not change significantly. Both serotype 9 and serotype 12 SPA was significantly lower (10.45% and 6.40%, respectively), while control SPA was 49.33%. Tip Ureaplasma urealyticum can not only affect sperm motility, but also may affect the sperm-egg interaction and fusion process. The virulence of Ureaplasma urealyticum is closely related to its serotype.
