一直以来关于新闻的定义可谓异彩纷呈,让人莫衷一是,其根源主要在于认识主体的不同、新闻自身的发展变化以及符号意义的多样性。这种众说纷纭的状况严重制约了新闻学的建设与发展。为了解决这一瓶颈问题,本文试从符号学、语义学的角度,把新闻的定义界定为新闻就是用来报道新近或正在发生的事实的文本,并从逻辑、基本范畴、学科建设、理论发展的层面对这一定义的科学意义作了说明。 The definition of news has always been colorful and incomprehensible. Its root causes are mainly the difference of the main body of knowledge, the development and change of the news itself and the diversity of symbolic meanings. This controversial situation severely restricts the construction and development of journalism. In order to solve this bottleneck problem, this paper attempts to define news definition as news from the point of semiotics and semantics, which is a text used to report new or emerging facts. From the aspects of logic, basic category, discipline construction and theory development The scientific significance of this definition has been explained.
