为解决逆变器开路故障诊断问题及充分利用剩余桥臂资源,针对基于矢量控制的异步电机驱动系统中逆变器开路故障诊断及容错方案,采用逆变器输出三相电流信号作为特征参数,利用小波分析理论提取特征向量,进而通过支持向量机(SVM)判断逆变器是否故障。当SVM检测到逆变器故障时,逆变器由传统的六开关拓扑切换为四开关拓扑,采用四开关模式“七段式”空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法调制。通过计算机仿真验证了SVM诊断逆变器开路故障及四开关容错控制的正确性和有效性。
In order to solve the open circuit fault diagnosis of inverter and make full use of the remaining arm resources, aiming at the open circuit fault diagnosis and fault tolerant scheme of inverter in induction motor drive system based on vector control, inverter output three-phase current signal is taken as the characteristic parameter, Using wavelet analysis theory to extract eigenvectors, and then through the support vector machine (SVM) to determine whether the inverter failure. When the SVM detects an inverter fault, the inverter switches from the traditional six-switch topology to the four-switch topology and uses a four-switch mode “seven-segment” space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm. The correctness and effectiveness of SVM in diagnosing open-circuit fault of inverter and four-switch fault-tolerant control are verified by computer simulation.
