目的:观察儿童与成人心脏病体外循环(CPB)围术期血清锌含量的对比。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱ICP-AES法测定49例儿童和38例成人体外循环手术前后血清中锌的含量。结果:儿童与成人血清锌在术后24 h降至最低(P<0.05),且儿童的降低较成人更加明显。结论:儿童与成人体外循环手术前后微量元素存在一定的失衡,儿童的降低较成人更加明显,恢复也较慢,因此需要及时补充和调理微量元素,对术后的治疗和恢复有重要的意义。
Objective: To observe the perioperative serum zinc levels of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) in children and adults. Methods: The contents of zinc in serum of 49 children and 38 adults undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Results: Serum zinc in children and adults was reduced to the lowest level at 24 hours after operation (P <0.05), and the reduction in children was more pronounced than that in adults. Conclusion: There is a certain imbalance between trace elements in children and adults before and after cardiopulmonary bypass. The reduction of children is more obvious than that of adults and the recovery is slow. Therefore, it is necessary to replenish and adjust the trace elements promptly, which is of great significance to the postoperative treatment and recovery.
