11月19日,交通部召开了通报1～10月份全国加快公路建设执行情况电话会议,会上李居昌副部长通报了1～10月份公路建设完成情况,并对下一阶段工作提出了具体要求,号召全行业认清形势,坚定信心,振奋精神,鼓足干劲,全面完成今年加快公路建设任务。会议还针对修改《公路法》和费改税有关事宜做了具体解释和工作安排。
