读了《石油政工研究》今年第一期“探索研究”栏目刊载的两篇观点不同的短文,以及为此而加的“编者的话”,犹如一股春风扑面而来,沁人心脾,好不舒服！我们这本刊物的名称叫《石油政工研究》,主语是“研究”。就是说,这是一块“研究”的平台。既是研究,就是对未知领域的事物真相、性质、规律的一种探索。以本期刊载的两篇短文论,在管理应不应建立在信任上的问题上,编者是没有倾向性的,既不搞舆论一律,也不搞先验暗示,倡导的是活跃思想,展示的是活跃氛围,到底应不应“信任”,且看作者一一道来。一下子引活了读者思考的神经,随着文章的思路,
