本文利用XPS和XRD法测定了实验室制备的Co-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3、Ni-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3、Co-Mo-K/γ-Al_2O_3及工业应用后的Co-Mo-K/γ-Al_2O_3变换催化剂硫酸盐化反应。实验结果表明:金属离子的种类对硫酸盐化反应有直接影响;含K的Co-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂硫酸盐化反应十分明显,生成的物相以K_2SO_4为主;Ni-Mo/γ-Al_2O_3次之;不含K的Co-Mo/γ·Al_2O_3催化剂硫酸盐化反应甚微。硫酸盐化反应与O_2及其含量有关;在工业使用中,硫酸盐化反应与原料气中的O_2(0.1~0.5%)有关。在此基础上讨论了硫酸盐化反应的机理以及对催化剂失活的影响。
In this paper, the properties of Co-Mo / γ-Al_2O_3, Ni-Mo / γ-Al_2O_3, Co-Mo-K / γ-Al_2O_3 and Co-Mo-K / γ- Al_2O_3 shift catalyst sulfation reaction The experimental results show that the types of metal ions have a direct effect on the sulfation reaction; the K-containing Co-Mo / γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst sulfation reaction is very obvious, the generated phase mainly K_2SO_4; Ni-Mo / γ- Followed by Al 2 O 3; K-free Co-Mo / γ Al 2 O 3 catalyst with little sulfation reaction. The sulfation reaction is related to O 2 and its content; in industrial use, the sulfation reaction is related to O 2 (0.1-0.5%) in the feed gas. On this basis, the mechanism of sulfation reaction and its effect on catalyst deactivation were discussed.
