2007年和2008年夏季,武钢氧气公司G台60000 m~3/h空分设备配套的氧压机和氮压机均发生因气体出口温度高而联锁停机的故障,其主要原因是循环水系统中风机冷却塔的冷却效果欠佳。采取相应改造措施后,使空分设备保持安全、稳定运行。文章详细介绍了对风机冷却塔和氧压机级间冷却器冷却水管采取的改造方案。
