孔隙率是多孔水泥混凝土的重要技术指标之一,保证混凝土试件成型后或路面铺筑后实测孔隙率与目标孔隙率一致,是多孔路面技术的关键。介绍多孔水泥混凝土不同孔隙率概念,提出室内成型方法应满足的条件。基于不同成型方法的对比试验,推荐振动压实法为多孔水泥混凝土理想的室内成型方法。其成型试件孔隙率离散性小,孔隙分布较均匀,成型固结能量孔隙率差稳定,无明显粗颗粒破碎现象,且能较好地模拟当前路面工程常用施工机械设备和固结方式。
Porosity is one of the important technical indexes of porous cement concrete. It is the key of porous pavement technology to ensure that the measured porosity and target porosity are the same after the concrete specimens are formed or paved. The concept of different porosity of porous cement concrete is introduced, and the conditions that indoor forming method should meet are put forward. Based on the comparative tests of different forming methods, it is recommended that the vibratory compaction method be the ideal indoor forming method for porous cement concrete. The porosity of samples is small, the pores are evenly distributed, the porosity of forming and solidifying energy is stable, and there is no obvious phenomenon of coarse particles crushing, which can well simulate the common construction machinery and consolidation methods of current pavement engineering.
