目的:探讨健走运动对中老年人唾液免疫球蛋白(SIgA)的影响。方法:指导29名中老年人进行24周健走锻炼,以心率控制强度,应用酶联免疫吸附剂测定(ELISA)方法,对受试者锻炼前后唾液SIgA进行测定与分析。结果:与锻炼前相比,锻炼第12周受试者唾液SIgA含量呈上升趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),唾液SIgA分泌率显著升高(P<0.05);锻炼第24周唾液SIgA含量升高34.7%(P<0.05),唾液SIgA分泌率升高54.2%(P<0.01)。提示,健走运动能增强中老年人黏膜防御系统的免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of walking exercise on saliva immunoglobulin (SIgA) in the elderly. Methods: Twenty-nine middle-aged and elderly people were instructed to go for walking exercise for 24 weeks. SIgA of saliva before and after exercise was measured and analyzed by heart rate control strength and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Compared with that before training, the content of SIgA in saliva of students in the 12th week of exercise was increased, but there was no statistical significance (P> 0.05). The secretion rate of SIgA in saliva was significantly increased (P <0.05) Saliva SIgA content increased 34.7% (P <0.05), salivary SIgA secretion rate increased 54.2% (P <0.01). Tip, walking exercise can enhance the mucosal defense system in the elderly immune function.
