本文介绍了采用 CO_2连续激光器对柴油机缸套进行激光硬化工艺的研究。文中叙述了激光处理三因素对硬化带的影响,且给出了它们之间的统计数学模型。文中还阐述了硬化带的分布形式、分布密度等因素对耐磨性的影响;激光硬化对不同材料耐磨性的影响。本文认为:铸铁缸套激光硬化后,不但耐磨性好,而且还具有良好的配副性,工艺稳定性,节能和成本低廉等优点。
In this paper, the research on the laser hardening process of diesel cylinder liner by CO2 continuous laser is introduced. The article describes the laser processing three factors on the hardened zone, and gives the statistical mathematical model between them. The article also describes the distribution of the hardened belt, distribution density and other factors on the wear resistance; laser hardening on the wear resistance of different materials. This paper argues that: after laser hardening of cast iron cylinder liner, it not only has good abrasion resistance, but also has the advantages of auxiliary, process stability, energy saving and low cost.
