目的探讨16排螺旋CT三维重组技术,即多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)在骨骼系统外伤病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对临床500例存在骨骼系统骨折的患者行16排螺旋CT扫描后所采集的容积数据在GE工作站中应用软件功能行MPR、MIP、VR图像重组进行观察损伤细节,同时与X线片及CT二维图像进行对比。结果 MPR、MIP和VR重组图像可以清晰地显示骨骼系统骨折地细节,同时VR重组可以直观立体地显示骨折手术后的治疗效果。结论 16排螺旋CT三维重组技术是诊断骨骼系统骨折的有效手段,是复杂性骨骼系统骨折术前诊断和术后复查的首选检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum density projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR) in the diagnosis of skeletal traumatic lesions by 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction. Methods The clinical data of 500 patients with skeletal system fracture after 16-slice spiral CT scan were collected in the GE workstation software function line MPR, MIP, VR image reconstruction to observe the damage details, and with X-ray and CT Two-dimensional images for comparison. Results The images of MPR, MIP and VR images can clearly show the detail of skeletal system fracture. At the same time VR reorganization can intuitively and stereoscopically display the therapeutic effect after fracture surgery. Conclusion 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction is an effective method for the diagnosis of skeletal system fractures and is the first choice for the complex preoperative diagnosis and postoperative review of skeletal system fractures.
