在总后卫生部的领导和关怀下,全军结核病防治学术经验交流会议于1985年12月5~9日在北京全军结核病中心召开。参加大会的有我军老一辈的防痨专家和长期从事防痨工作的专业技术人员以及全军各大单位卫生行政部门的负责同志;还特邀了北京市通县结核病研究所明安宇主任、北京结核病院张锦垣主任和人民军医出版社的代表共72人。总后卫生部王雁冰副部长和医疗处冯志处长做了重要讲话。大会收到流行病学、基础和临床方面的学术论文114篇,大会宣读34篇。通过交流,充分展示了全军结核病防治的状况和水平。首先近年来部队的患病率有显著下降,如沈阳军区的患病率由1952年的5.5%降至1985年的0.08%。1977~84年驻京部队有关单位患病率从0.5%下降到0.3%。其次结核病和非结核病的鉴别问题已引起重视,尤其是不少单位对肺结核与肺部肿瘤的早期诊断进行了探讨。如253医院开展了 ADA(腺苷脱氨酶)的检测,对癌性胸水和结核性胸水的鉴别,敏感性为95.2%,为胸膜炎的诊断提供了一种特异的辅助诊断方法。三是短程化疗是八十年代化疗的新进展,在部队也普遍引起了重轻。不少医院对菌阳
Under the leadership and care of the General Ministry of Health, the army’s conference on the exchange of academic experience in tuberculosis prevention and control was held at the All-China Tuberculosis Center in Beijing on December 5 and 9, 1985. Attending the conference were anti-pandemic experts from the older generation of our armed forces and professionals and technicians who had long been engaged in anti-pandemic work as well as responsible comrades from the health administrative departments of the major military units of the whole army. The conference received 114 articles on epidemiology, basic and clinical aspects, and 34 articles were read out by the General Assembly. Through exchanges, it fully demonstrated the status and level of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis in the entire army. First, the troop prevalence has dropped significantly in recent years.
