江西省樟树市,全国民兵刊授教育的发源地之一。18年前,当时的江西省清江县人武部针对民兵政治教育人员难集中、时间难保证、效果难落实的问题,作出了“民兵政治教育以《中国民兵》杂志为主要内容进行刊授教育”的决定,较好地解决了民兵政治教育的“三难”问题,其做法得到了总部首长的高度评价。1986年9月,全国民兵刊授教育现场会在我市召开。近20年来,樟树市人武部不断发展和完善刊授教育的经验,连续18年被评为订刊用刊 Zhangshu City, Jiangxi Province, one of the birthplaces of the national militia publication education.
