体育锻炼能增强体质,同时可建立良好的情绪,改善大脑皮层的功能,对疲劳的大脑细胞来讲是一种积极的休息,并能有效地防治溃疡病。体育锻炼还能改善消化系统的功能,增加消化液的分泌,增加食欲,促进新陈代谢,增加营养物质的消化吸收。所以,适当的体育锻炼对胃溃疡的康复有利。体育锻炼应根据患者的年龄、性别、体质、病情等具体情况,制定出科学的而又合乎实际的锻炼项目和运动强度。下面,我们结合老年人的特点,设计了一套适合老年溃疡病患者的运动体操。

Therefore, proper physical exercise beneficial to the healing of gastric ulcer. Physical exercise should be based on the patient’s age, gender, physical fitness, condition and other specific circumstances, to develop a scientific and realistic exercise programs and exercise intensity. Below, we combine the characteristics of the elderly, designed a set of exercise gymnastics for elderly patients with ulcer disease.
