光纤通信最近在日本电力系统应用概况83年11月下旬到12月中旬,水电部光纤通信考察组一行五人,赴日本考察光纤通信在电力系统的应用情况,前后共20天。在此期间,我们先后参观了日本电气、日立、日立电线、富士通的有关工厂和展览室,参观了东京大学大越菊水实验室,考察了东京电力神奈川支店、关西电力,中部电力本店的电力调度和通讯调度所,以及电源开发株式会社的佐久间发电厂和周波变换站。在这些工厂、企业、学校、现场的考察期间,我们看到日本的通信技术发展很快,自动化水平很高。在日本电力系统中,
