目的建立白芷配方颗粒的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为白芷配方颗粒的鉴别、质量评价及控制提供参考。方法采用HPLC法,以Agilent Eclipse Plus C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL·min~(-1);检测波长为280 nm;柱温25℃。结果建立白芷配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,以花椒毒酚为参照,确定了22个共有峰为特征峰,并指认出了12号峰为花椒毒酚、16号峰为水合氧化前胡素、18号峰为欧前胡素、22号峰为异欧前胡素,对照指纹图谱色谱峰丰富,相似性好。结论该方法稳定、可靠,可用于白芷配方颗粒的鉴别及质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Angelica dahurica Granule, which can provide references for the identification, quality evaluation and control of Angelica dahurica Granule. Methods The mobile phase was eluted with methanol - 0.1% formic acid gradient at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min ~ (-1) using Agilent Eclipse Plus C 18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) The detection wavelength is 280 nm; the column temperature is 25 ℃. Results The HPLC fingerprints of Angelica dahuricae Granule were established. The 22 common peaks were identified as the characteristic peaks with the reference of the prickly ash toxin, and the 12th peak was identified as prickly ash, the 16th peak was hydrated oxidized anteriorin, 18 No. peak is imperatorin, No. 22 peak is isoimperatorin, the control fingerprint chromatographic peaks rich, similarities. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable and can be used for the identification and quality control of Angelica dahurica Granule.
