采用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞无血清培养建立神经细胞老化实验研究模型。以倒置相差显微镜观察精氨酸加压素(AVP)、神经降压素(NT)和强啡肽(DYN)对老化过程中实验性神经细胞培养不同时间存活细胞个数的影响。结果发现NT和DYN都可使细胞存活个数增加(P<0.01)。提示这两种神经肽皆可延长实验性神经细胞的培养寿命而延缓细胞的老化进程,但不能阻止细胞老化的总趋势。
Mouse neuroblastoma cells were cultured in serum-free medium to establish an experimental model of neural cell aging. The effects of arginine vasopressin (AVP), neurotensin (NT) and dynorphin (DYN) on the number of viable cells cultured at different time points were observed by inverted phase contrast microscope. The results showed that both NT and DYN increased cell survival (P <0.01). It is suggested that both neuropeptides can prolong the incubation life of experimental nerve cells and delay the process of cell aging, but can not prevent the general trend of cell aging.
